Our Mission
Ratio Christi’s mission is to share compelling reasons for following Christ and build thoughtful Christians on university campuses. We do this through apologetics-evangelism. You can find out more about Ratio Christi here.
RC team members enjoy a certain amount of freedom and independence, but all activities under the RC umbrella should in some way carry out this mission.
The RC directors page on Facebook has very informative, lively discussions about what is going on around RC. This is not required, but it can be very helpful to connect with your RC team members and to hear what is happening in real time.
Every team member is expected to uphold the Ratio Christi brand guidelines and statement of faith. This is more than a list of approved colors and fonts – it is everything that makes up who Ratio Christi is as an organization. We value your individual expression and ministry, but Ratio Christi is more than an association of independent ministers. We are a single organization in pursuit of a Kingdom goal.
Failure to comply with these standards may jeopardize your standing with Ratio Christi.
RCNet, our intranet, houses everything for RC. You must first have an RC email address.
If you need prayer for anything, we encourage you to share prayer requests with your supervisor and submitting your requests through the Prayer Request page. We also recommend that everyone take a moment to pray for one another’s requests. You can view your fellow team members’ requests here.
RC emails are required for all internal communication. Please ask our IT team to provide you one if you do not have one. You will not be reimbursed for expenses or be able to draw funds without an RC email address.
Our graphic design team can help you create materials. You must fill out and submit the Graphic Design Request Form.
